Top 20 German PCB-producers listed by Germany-based industry organizations VdL (Verband der Leiterplattenindustrie e.V.) and ZVEI (Zentralverband der Elektrotechnik und Elektronikindustrie e.V.).
This story is reported by PCB007.com. According to VdL and ZVEI, in 2003 there were 109 PCB manufacturers in Germany, with 9,572 employees. The primary industrial segments served in Germany in 2003 were Industrial (28.7%), Automotive (23.7%), and Communication (18.1%). German PCB production volume of €1,026.5 million equaled 35.2% of total European production. The PCB import was €738.5 million, the association’s research indicates.
