Enics plans cooperation between Estonia, Finland & Sweden

EMS-provider Enics is exploring a possible cooperation between 3 manufacturing sites in Estonia, Finland and Sweden.

According to the initial plans, Enics Lohja (Finland) and Västerås (Sweden) would have the role of customer competence centers. These plants would additionally concentrate on enhanced engineering services, low volume and high mix production as well as value-add after sales services. The Elva plant (Estonia) would have its main focus on manufacturing. “Finding innovative ways of collaboration between these sites and offering a complete set of services would provide great benefits to our customers and clearly enhances our competitive offering. Seamless communication and streamlined customer interfaces improve our customer service and satisfaction and therefore also create new business possibilities for customers and us. We can become more flexible and sharing of best practices will become even easier”, says Mr. Ari Räisänen, Senior Vice President, Supply Chain and Operations, Enics Group.
