Leoni Autokabel Polska out of liquidation

The shareholders of Leoni Autokabel Polska Sp. z.o.o. in liquidation have passed a resolution to waive the liquidation of the company. The company is operating again—now under the name of Leoni Autokabel Polska Sp. z.o.o.—since September 7, 2010. In December 2009, Leoni decided to liquidate the manufactruing unit in Ostrzeszów (Poland) and reduced staff numbers from 1'650 to about 450. The facility was scheduled to be closed by the end of 2010. (Evertiq reported) Note: Polish law requires companies to add in liquidation to their company names.
