The Finnish mobile phone giant sold around 260'000 phones daily during the summer months, Nokia's Executive Vice President (Markets)—Niklas Savander—stated at Nokia World 2010.
During last weeks Nokia World 2010—taking place in London— Niklas Savander told visitors that Nokia sold around 260'000 mobile phones during the summer months. On a daily basis that is. He continued in saying that—with the new N8—this figure should grow and that he expects the smartphone to sell over 50 million times during its lifespan.
