Camtek receives order
Camtek has received follow-on order for multiple wafer inspection systems from a major Asian Integrated Device Maker.
The systems will be installed during the third and fourth quarters of 2010. The order, totaling over $3 million dollars, includes several systems for 2D & 3D inspection and metrology of bumped wafers.
Seho appoints new Technical Director
Thomas Herz is assuming the duties of Technical Director for the Selective Soldering Department at Seho Systems, effective immediately, the company announced today.
