Foxconn to invest in Turkey

The company will invest $60 million in one of the biggest industry parks in the country. The unit is expected to produce 3 million computers per year for Hewlett Packard. The export will go to Middle East, Central Asia and Africa. The facility will start to operate in January next year and employ 1500 people, according to hurriyetdailynews. The company aims to reach 300 employees in the future and invest additionally $10 million to build waste treatment facilities, fibre optic infrastructure and warehouses.
