Philips & TPV in LCD TV business deal?
TPV Technology is reportedly interested in taking over the LCD TV business of Dutch electronics giant Royal Philips Electronics.
Rumours suggest that both companies have already agreed on several points. A draft agreement reportedly gives TPV the rights to use the Philips brand in its TV products, plus the Philips related customers, inventories, patent rights as well as staff, reports DigiTimes.
