New non-profit Industry Association established in Estonia

June 2010 saw the creation of the non-profit industry association for Estonian Electronics Companies (Eesti Elektroonikaettevõtete Liit / EEL).
On June 3, 2010, representatives of research institutions, universities and electronic manufacturers gathered at the office premises of Estonian PCB manufacturer Brandner PCB to establish the non-profit association for Estonian Electronics (Estonian Electronics Companies Union).

The union’s purpose is to develop the Estonian electronic industry, even offering the exchange knowledge, resources and technology. During this first meeting, a member board was elected. The next meeting will be held this week.
