Jail sentence for former Chi-Mei Optoelectronics executives
Two former executives at Chi-Mei Optoelectronics were found guilty on conspiracy price-fixing charges.
The former company president Jau-Yang Ho will have to serve a jail sentence of 14 months, while the former sales director Chu-Hsiang has been sentenced to 9 months in jail.
The two men where accused for conspiring in a price-fixing scheme, thus reducing the competition on LCD panels, reports Mysmartrend.
