Lagercrantz acquires Norwesco
Lagercrantz Group has acquired all shares in Norwesco.
Norwesco recorded sales of approximately 5 million Euro in 2009 and displayed good profitability. Norwesco was previously owned by Siemens and Schneider Electric. Norwesco will be part of Lagercrantz’ division Mechatronics. The Lagergranz Group has approximately 600 employees.
