Celestica sees potential in health-care
Canada-based EMS-provider Celestica is eyeing two health-care deals, each potentially worth up to USD 100 million.
As reported earlier, Celestica announced up to 4 possible acquisition plans at the end of 2009. Now the company may close in on 2 heath-care deals—each estimated at a whopping USD 100 million—scheduled to close during the 2nd half of 2010.
The two acquisitions will give the EMS-provider “access to attractive markets and customers”, Celestica’s CEO Craig Muhlbauer stated in a Reuters report.
The company also announced that it will also expand its green technology manufacturing further—scheduled to start in late 2010 or early 2011.
