ChipSensors receives 2 MEUR investment

Ireland based ChipSensors has received a €2 million investment from a number of investors.

The investment is led by Bank of Ireland Kernel Capital Fund, Enterprise Ireland and ETV Capital. The company will use the fundings to increase its sales and marketing activities for its temperature and humidity sensor chips. This investment will also make it possible for the company to commercialize the technology. It is currently in negotiations with partners in the US, China and Japan, according to Siliconrepublic.
