Videoton expects growth in 2010
Hungary-based EMS-provider Videoton is expecting a growth in turnover this year.
EMS-provider Videoton projects 5%-10% turnover growth for 2010 based on the positive first-quarter figures, Videoton's CEO Ottó Sinkó told local media that—based on the results for the 1Q/2010—he expects an increase in turnover of 5% - 10%.
The company—currently employing around 8'000 staff—reported a revenue of HUF 81.5 billion (around EUR 308 million); a decline of 12% compared to 2008. However, the EMS-provider is setting its goals on investments and acquisitions this year and intends to invest around HUF 3 billion (around EUR 11 million).
