New LED manufacturer to establish in Russia
Russian LED company Optogan JSC will launch its manufacturing enterprise this year.
The enterprise will be launched in mid 2010 and located in St Petersburg. Russian scientists will be employed. Many of whom have previously worked in Finland and Germany, reports the Kremlin.
