Heraeus establish R&D center in Taiwan
Germany-based Heraeus plans to set up an R&D center in Taiwan.
The company will invest approximately US$1.88 million into this R&D facility. Heraeus is also set to acquire a photovoltaic silver paste plant in Taiwan in 2012. The company currently operates manufacturing plants in Germany, the US and China, according Digitimes.
Sales stagnate at Schweizer Electronic
Despite a seasonally weaker fourth quarter Schweizer Electronic AG was able to keep their annual sales stable at 105.4 million Euro compared to the previous year and within expectations.
