Hanza completes Elektromekan acquisition
Sweden based EMS provider Hanza AB has completed the deal by taking over the reconstructed EMS provider Elektromekan.
The creditors have accepted the composition plan and all activities at Elektromekan's facility in Årjäng, Sweden are rescued. New President of Elektromekan will be Mrs. Gerd Levin-Nygren, former President of Note Torsby.
Elektromekan has 70 employees and 20 MEUR of annual sales. It was previously owned by Latvia based Hanzas Elektronika SIA which has no relation with Hanza AB. Its a coincidence that the names are remarkable similar.

Sales stagnate at Schweizer Electronic
Despite a seasonally weaker fourth quarter Schweizer Electronic AG was able to keep their annual sales stable at 105.4 million Euro compared to the previous year and within expectations.
