Dell lays off 700
PC manufacturer Dell will lay off 700 employees at its manufacturing plant in Malaysia.
This report comes only days after the company announced that the integration of Perot Systems Technology would cost them up to $130 million, according to austin bizjournals. Additional to that Dell will also have to spend as much as $120 million on the transfer of its Polish manufacturing facility to the EMS-provider Foxconn.
