Aspocomp's partner Meadville sells its PCB business
Aspocomp's partner Hong Kong listed Meadville Holdings will sell its PCB Business to TTM Technologies.
Meadville's 80 % share of Meadville's and Aspocomp's joint venture Meadville Aspocomp (BVI) Holdings Ltd. and Meadville's 10 % ownership of Aspocomp Oulu Oy are included in the aforementioned transaction.
