Flextronics looks to hire 7000

EMS-provider Flextronics is to hire an additional 7000 employees in China this year.

The first 6000 are said to be hired this month due to a sharp increase in demand just ahead of Christmas celebrations. A further 1000 are to be added before the year is out, accordign to straitstimes. Most employees will apparently be hired for the manufacturing unit in the Zhuhai Industrial Park in the Pearl River Delta.
