Freescale workers on strike
Workers at Freescale Semiconductor in France has walked out. They requires better compensation for beeing laid off when the plant closes down.
About 75 workers participate in the protest which has been going on for nine days now. The facility is completely blocked. The facility has 800 employees and is scheduled to end operation soon, Sweden based media Elektroniktidningen reported citing EETimes.
