Jabil & Visteon to resolve problems
EMS-provider Jabil and Visteon negotiating solutions to avoid potential supply disruption to Visteon.
EMSVisteon, which filed for bankruptcy protection on May 28th, has withdrawn a request for a temporary restraining order against EMS-provider Jabil Circuit, reports the Charleston Daily Mail. Jabil was accused by Visteon to hold back tooling.
Visteon, currently trying to reorganise under the bankruptcy protection, has an estimated $7 million in debts to electronics manufacturer Jabil Circuit.
