French PCB merger completed

French Printed Circuit Board Maker Elvia PCB has acquired 100% of the shares of Avi & Peschard.
"We intend the industrial rationalisation and planned investments to bring productivity gains from 2006. Our sales teams represent the group as a whole, offering the enhanced range of Avi & Peschard and elvia PCB capabilities", said Bruno Cassin, CEO, Elvia PCB.

Based in Normandy since 1976, Elvia is one of the leading PCB producers in France, with 237 employees. Elcvia provides complete Printed Circuit Board component solutions to meet the needs of a wide range of customers. Annual sales is 32 Million Euros of which 32% goes on export.

Avi & Peschard, based in Chateauburg, France, is spesialised in small and medium prototype series.
