TDK-Lambda to shed 39 UK jobs
TDK-Lambda will lay of 39 out of 160 employees at its Ilfracombe plant.
The company reported in early March that they planned to lay off up to 45 employees. However it has now been announced that 39 jobs will be affected, according to BBC. The staff is currently working on reduced hours due to falling demand.
Sales stagnate at Schweizer Electronic
Despite a seasonally weaker fourth quarter Schweizer Electronic AG was able to keep their annual sales stable at 105.4 million Euro compared to the previous year and within expectations.
