Flat screen TV price war in Czech Republic hurt producers
A big drop in TV prices and a high demand have created a price war between TV producers in the Czech Republic.
Last year the sales of LCD televisions grew 30% in Czech Republic. The high demand has led to an aggressive competition between the producers. Prices on the most popular products have decrease more rapidly. Companies such as Hitachi and Multidisplay are closing down plants in the country.
