Qimonda: insolvency proceedings opened
The Munich district court has officially opened the insolvency proceedings for the memory chip manufacturer Qimonda.
The court has appointed the attorney Dr. Michael Jaffé as insolvency administrator. Dr. Jaffé has already worked with the company as provisional insolvency administrator during the past months. The insolvency proceedings affect the Qimonda AG in Munich, the QQimonda Dresden GmbH & Co. OHG and the Qimonda Dresden Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH.
