Foxconn and Metro Group cooperate
EMS-giant Foxconn is cooperating with the German channel vendor Metro Group to open Chinese retail channels.
Foxconn Electronics has recently started to cooperate with German channel vendor Metro Group to open retail channels in China, reports DigiTimes. The EMS-provider is also planning to establish a retail store in Shanghai by 2010 to sell PC and consumer electronics products. Besides cooperating with Metro Group, Foxconn has also invested in China-based channel vendor Cybermart, the report continues.
