Semikron appoints new CEO

Peter Frey has been with Semikron since 1991. He has held a number of positions within the company, most recently as Sales Manager. Founded in 1951, the Nuremberg-based company Semikron, employs 2,500 people worldwide. Semikrom comprises a global network of 53 companies that guarantees fast and competent on-site customer care.According to a study carried out by IMS Research, Semikron is the European leader in power modules, enjoying a 33% share of the market and world leader in diode/thyristor modules with a market share of 22%.
