110 jobs to go at Jabil in Brest, France

The plant management at Jabil Brest announced details of its restructuring plan to staff representatives.
The restructuring plan includes the layoff of 110 employees by February 2009. Earlier reports suggested that this figures would be between 70 - 100 employees. The restructuring is aimed to bring the production facility back to economic balance next year, as the facility has reported a €8 million loss.

As evertiq reported earlier, the management of the facility and staff representatives agreed on a 24-month suspension on its closure plans.
