Ericsson to close R&D Centre in USA
Sweden based telecom equipment maker Ericsson is to close down its R&D Centre in Warrendale, Pennsylvania.
The company announced today that is was part of ongoing measures to reduce costs, reports Reuters. The closure is scheduled for completion by the end of 2009. Ericsson spokesman Tobias Gyhlenius said that around 250 staff will be affected by the closure.
