Foxconn increase sales despite tuff ecomomic environment
During October month the Hon Hai group which owns EMS provider Foxconn has posted an Un-Audited Monthly Sales.
Although macro environment still plagued by the general lack of transparency result from the sub-prime crisis, yet Hon Hai still continue to see not only opportunities in outsourcing and consolidation of supply chain, but also the seasonality effect.
Hon Hai reports a non-consolidated un-audited sales. Single month amount increased YoY 29.13% to NT$ 169.378 billion. The accumulated un-audited sales of its first ten months in 2008 increased YoY 27.47% to NT$ 1.215 trillion.
