Infineon has no plans to spin off DRAM unit
Wolfgang Ziebart, CEO Infineon Technologies AG, has no plans to break up the company by spinning off its memory chip or communications semiconductor operations.
"The measures that outsiders recommend are not appropriate," Ziebart is quoted to have said in an interview for Manager Magazine. The spin-off denial contradicts a previous report in Handelsblatt.
