Cracow - of all CEE cities - ranked by far the highest - with Prague tailing behind on 14th, Budapest on 25th, Bratislava on 35th, Bucharest on 38th, Sofia on 40th and finally Tallinn on 46th position, the report continues. However, there are other Polish cities that also attract BPO investments, such as Poznań, Katowice, Gdańsk or Łódź.
