Remploy E-Cycle signs deal with Electronic Data Systems
Electronic Data Systems (EDS) has signed a three-year deal with UK based component recycler Remploy E-Cycle.
The EDS deal ensures the continuous employment of some 100 disabled workers at Remploy E-Cycle, reports WalesOnline. The company is to use specialised software to wipe discarded computer parts clean of their former owners’ data before sending them on to be reused.
Remploy is a non-profit organisation and provides job opportunities for disabled people.
