TT electronics acquires Semelab
TT electronics is said to have bought component maker Semelab.
Hemscott reports that TT electronics has acquired Semelab for £9.8 million. This sum will be subject to adjustment, based on the debt free net assets. UK based Semelab makes radio frequency and power semiconductors, optoelectronic components and power microcircuits and modules.
