Mania grants exclusive negotiations regarding purchase of parts of operative business
Mania Technologies has issued the following Ad hoc notice pursuant to sec. 15 German Securities Trading Act.
Mania Technologie has granted a potential purchaser exclusivity for the negotiations regarding the purchase of substantial parts of its world-wide business operations. The exclusivity covers the Business Division Outsourcing, the two Business Units Plotters and Software and further assets in the Mania Group. The exclusivity agreement is valid until June 16th, 2008.
