Iskra forms ISKRAlab

Slovenian based company Iskra has formed a lab called” ISKRAlab”.
The company’s activities will focus on research and development in the field of technology and products of electronic circuits, sensors and assemblies for mechatronic and electric drive systems in the field of means of transport, white goods and production systems.

The company will base its initial and further operations on the already established cooperation between Iskra Avtoelektrika and Prof. Dr. Janez Trontelj, a recognized expert from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Ljubljana. The aim is to become a key supplier to high technology companies in Slovenia and abroad in R&D and solution optimization regarding system control in mechatronics and electric drives.

'Iskra" produces electric and electronic components, employing about 2,000 people and making an annual turnover of €140 million.
