Future Electronics buys French distributor
Canada based distributor of electronics components Future Electronics has aqcuired French local distributor PN Electronics.
Christian Berquier, the former president of PN Electronics has been named general manager of Future Electronics France. The new combined company has customers such as Schneider, Thales, Thomson and Asteel. No figures of the deal have been revealed.
